Moving main toolbar/menu bar to bottom in Mint 17.1

Hi,

I can't believe I'm blanking on what the proper term is, but I mean to move my main toolbar(the one with the Xfce logo you click to bring up the search blank and program menu to run stuff) to the bottom from the top, where it's located by default in Mint 17.1. Tried a few settings menus, but no dice. Any tips? Thanks.

Right-click on the panel with your mouse, ensure that "Lock Panel" is not checked, hit Escape to get out of that menu, left-click-and-hold the panel, move it to the bottom of the screen, release left mouse button, right-click on the panel, check "Lock Panel," go fix a sandwich to celebrate your success.

Regards,
MDM
