xfce 4.10 - show desktop only on current workspace

I'm using xubuntu 14.04.2 with xfce 4.10.
I know this questione has already been asked in the past but was wondering if there's an official solution to minimize windows only on current workspace and not on all workspaces.
Thank you

Re: xfce 4.10 - show desktop only on current workspace

In a nutshell, no, Xfce does not offer this level of granularity when using the Show Desktop plugin. You may wish to create an enhancement request to add this functionality (https://bugzilla.xfce.org/buglist.cgi?c … lution=---).

EDIT: Actually, there is this script that was written by one of our members that has a function (showdesktop) that does just what your looking for. Bind this to a shortcut key or create a launcher for it to make it work (pass the script the "showdesktop" parameter).
