Which icon theme is that? Perhaps use a lighter variant of it. For example, the elementary icon theme has "darker" and "darkest" variants that change the colours from greyish to blackish.

Ok, so is only a icon theme problem.
I had elementary-xfce icon theme. Now i installed elementary dark.
Now the icon in the system tray is white, but blurred. And there is a black square around network icon (the same in the img i have post in the prevous post).
Is also a problem of icon theme? I try other icon theme (tango, gnome) but don't change..

Blurred? Can you post another screenshot?

Right-click on the black square and you should get a "Properties" option where you can go to uncheck the "Show frame" checkbox:
If you can't get that properties option to show (its a little tricky), right-click the Panel, select "Panel Properties", go to the Items Tab, and double-click on the "Notification Area" plugin.
