This has been my only problem with xfce. i'd like it to minimize the panel when i open windows fullscreen and only show up when i put my cursor down. Im pretty sure people get the concept of what im asking just wanna know of it can be done if not oh well ill have to settle for the autohide feature. I really just want to be able to have the dock autohide when im not using it (maximized windows) and show when i need to (minimized windows and no opened windows). Hope i was clear enough ill try and include a picture somehow of what i mean, cursor will be in the "black space".

Sounds like you're looking for the new "Intelligent hide" feature (see the section on "Intelligent Hiding" here.).
What version of Xfce or more specifically, what version of xfce4-panel are you using? This might help:
xfce4-panel -V

not really what you want but you could set a mouse/keyboard shoutcut to toggle the display with:
xfconf-query -c xfce4-panel -p /panels/panel-$NUMBER/autohide -T
and lower the pop out/in delay: http://docs.xfce.org/xfce/xfce4-panel/theming
