A question about the location of of some image files I could play with

Hello, I'm new here, so I'm not exactly 100% into reading into the rules + I'm honestly a bit drunk and that's why I play with GIMP.

First of all, how do I change Banshee's and GIMP's icons myself. (A help about every other application could be nice as well)
