I'm using Xfce and I'm having some problems with the charset. When I create some accent with folder in Thunar, it is displayed correctly. But when the access appears an odd character. It happens to Linux and Windows folders (on an NTFS partition).

Another problem occurs in Mousepad. Whenever I save a file, it is used UTF-8 encoding. Even my system being set to ISO-8859-1. It also happens when I try to open any ISO-8859-1 file.

I can not find that UTF-8 configuration.
Thanks in advance
