Hi.
When I installed xfce one of the best function (to me) which is present on linux (ex. ubuntu) is not working...;/
I have looked for solution many hours without success...
So can anyone tell mi if can I disable behavior to change active window when scrolling on other window? How do that?
Many thanks.
PS. Sorry for my English

Try Settings Manager >> Window Manager Tweaks >> Accessibility, and uncheck "Raise window when any mouse button is pressed".

not working.
For example i have opened 2 terminal window. I have active cursor on first terminal and I can write. In Gnome, LXDE (and probably more) I can move cursor on second terminal and scroll content while still I can write in first terminal...
XFCE not distinguish press button between scroll and i think this is the point of problem.
Thanks for reply.

Yes. That setting that I mentioned above is what allows me to do just that.
How do you scroll? Wheel mouse?
What version of Xfce are you using?

Yes, scroll by wheel mouse. I use 4.12 (newest from debian repo).
When I scroll I can't write in previous window. The cursor is not active there. I remember that in some times ago in previous version of XFCE it was this same problem (it was a cause that I change to another X manager - gnome).

Can I have a look at all of your window manager settings?
xfconf-query -c xfwm4 -lv

Hi
Sorry for late answer but I had no time... Now I reinstalled whole debian, original with XFCE. Now Your advice works. I don't know why it doesn't work earlier when I install XFCE on working gnome on debian. I installed xfce by apt-get.
Thanks.
