Alt-Tab switcher. How to disable it

Hi All,
I've just upgraded my arch installation and now have a Windows style switcher which I'd rather not see. It's redundant visual information as far as I can see.

I'd prefer to alt-tab directly into running programs as before. Is this possible?

If you don't want the window previews in the alt-tab pop-up, then Settings Manager >> Window Manager Tweaks >> Compositor tab and uncheck "Show window previews in place of icons when cycling".
