Cant open theme settings

Hello,
I can't open the theme settings to change the theme. When I click on the theme settings, then something is loading but nothing happens.
By the way: Yesterday I did a backup with Back-In-Time and used the automatic shutdown option, after the backup is complete. But I guess it didn't save the session/session settings.
I use compiz as window manager. Normally it worked fine but now there is anything wrong.

Would be nice to get some help smile
