Gnome App always open Nautilus instead Thunar

Hello:

I have installed xfce 4.10 on Debian Jessie and always that I installed a Gnome app, and it have a option for "open a folder or file", always show me the nautilus. For example I installed Baobad,  and when that I do click in setting "Scan folder..." nautilus appear.

How I do for those app always open with thunar?

for baobab, I dont think this is possible without editing the source but here are a few alternatives:

http://xdiskusage.sourceforge.net/
http://dev.yorhel.nl/ncdu/scr
http://gt5.sourceforge.net/
http://gdmap.sourceforge.net/
http://linux.die.net/man/1/du

you can also install mate-utils which will install the mate forked Baobab(mate-disk-usage-analyzer)
