Not sure I belong here..

...since I'm a severely unskilled amateur, but I've been running Xubuntu 11.10 on two boxes (one 32-bit, one 64-bit) with no real problems at all.  One minor annoyance persists on the 64-bit, so I thought I'd better join up to look for an answer.  At the moment I'm looking around for ready-made answers (wiki, FAQ, forum posts), but if I don't find my answer I'll display my ignorance and ask a question.  I promise, I'll look first!

Welcome, everyone who uses Xfce belongs here. Getting involved in a forum is a great way to learn.

Asking a question doesn't display ignorance just a lack of knowledge. Searching for the answer first is a good idea.
