I am using Master PDF Editor 5 software to edit my PDF files and I have to admit it is doing great.

Here is my problem:
I specify that this software worked very well on Ubuntu 20.0.

But since the switch from Ubuntu 20.04 to Ubuntu 20.10, the Master PDF Editor 5 toolbar disappears each time a PDF is opened,
I have to reset it each time to be able to edit the file but the next time I launch the software it disappears again !!

i think it must be a config file write permission issue or something, but i dont know where to look.

1) If I log in to another user, whether it is an ordinary account or an Administrator account, I have the toolbar in Master PDF Editor.
2) if I run the software with the sudo command from a terminal, I have the toolbar.
3) I even tried by creating a new User and I have the toolbar it works very well.

j'utilise le logiciel Master PDF Editor 5 pour éditer mes fichiers PDF et je dois admettre qu'il va très bien.

Voila mon problème :
Je précise que ce logiciel fonctionnait très bien sur Ubuntu 20.0.

Mais depuis le passage de Ubuntu 20.04 vers Ubuntu 20.10 la barre d'outils de Master PDF Editor 5 disparaît à chaque ouverture d'un PDF,
je dois la réinitialiser à chaque fois pour pouvoir éditer le fichier mais au prochain lancement du logiciel celle-ci re-disparaît !!

je pense que cela doit être un problème de droit d’écriture dans un fichier de configuration ou quelque chose du genre, mais je ne sais pas ou chercher.

1) Si je me logue sur un autre utilisateur, que ce soit sur un compte ordinaire ou un compte Administrateur, j'ai bien la barre d'outils dans Master PDF Editor.
2) si je lance le logiciel avec la commande sudo depuis un terminal, j'ai bien la barre d'outils.
3) j'ai meme essayé en creant un nouvel Utilisateur et j'ai bien la barre d'outils cela fonctionne tres bien.

Merci à tous ceux qui me viendrons en aide afin de faire fonctionner ce logiciel sur mon compte utilisateur.

that was a problem. once removed the problem was resolved.
