XFCE Terminal - Way to hide dimension label when adjusting window size

I thought I was able to turn this off before but maybe not.
I was wondering if it was possible to turn off the dimension label that shows up in the center of the terminal window when you adjust the windows size.
Looks like
(150 x 200)
Little distracting and don't really need to see this personally.

Thank You

Are you using fedora? See: https://forum.xfce.org/viewtopic.php?id=16828. Its a build configuration that your distro enabled.

Re: XFCE Terminal - Way to hide dimension label when adjusting window size

Well, a round about way to resize your terminal...
Click on Edit > Preferences
In Terminal Preferences, click on Appearance.
About three-fourths down the page is Default Geometry.
You can adjust for number of columns and rows until the dimensions suit your desired size - it will be permanent too.
The next terminal you open will be of the dimensions you just set.

Do no harm.

@ToZ
Thank you for your response.
Ah that is strange, so it is built in and not a setting.
I upgraded not to long ago and this was probably added.
Just a little distracting, was hoping it was just a setting, but as always thank you again for your help.

@him610
Thank you for your response.
I will look into it, but I tend to move the terminal around and adjust the size to taste smile
