Xfce issue where screen is blank\blac when powering monitor off and on

Hello,

My system:
Intel i7-5930k
64GB RAM
RTX 3070
MX500 2TB SSD
EndeavourOS build id: 2023.05.28
kernel: 6.9.3-arch1-1
Xfce: 4.18

EndeavourOS has a command to update the packages: "eos-update --yay" and there were various xfce packages that could be updated and I selected to update all of them.
xfce4-power-manager: 4.18.3-1 -> 4.18.4-1
xfce4-session: 4.18.3-1 -> 4.18.4-1
xfce4-settings: 4.18.4-1 -> 4.18.5-1

Since then I've been having an issue with my system.
I have an issue when I power off my monitor and then come back to re-use my PC and power on the monitor my screen is blank/black and the monitor says there is no signal coming from the PC and the monitor goes to stand-by mode. I don't use hibernation or sleep functions, I disabled them as I don't like to use this function. I can access TTY3 to 6 and see a text login and get access to a terminal, I would send a reboot command and have my system back up and running.
I have since restored my system to a prior snapshot with Timeshift and everything is working like before the Xfce updates, I have updated everything else but ignored the Xfce updates and my workflow of powering off the monitor and powering on the monitor is working perfectly.

I posted a longer detail write up at the support forum for Endeavouros and was recommended to go to the Xfce forum to rely my issue: https://forum.endeavouros.com/t/desktop … itor/56577

Thank you for that link.
The newer released version fixed the issue.
