Way to stop window size adjust at screen edge

Before putting in a suggestion I was wondering if there is any kind of setting for the following.

When using modifier + RMB drag to adjust window size, when I drag window edge to the edge of my screen I would like it to stop right at screen edge.
Currently if you can set the window edge to snap to screen edge but if you keep dragging it will then extend the windows edge off your screen.
Wondering if any way to prevent this?
